Talkr works because strangers are decent to each other. Here is the floor.
Last updated 16 September 2026Be a person, not a performance
Use your own face and your real age. Impersonating someone else, running a bot, or pretending to be a different person than your profile says ends the account.
Nudity and sexual content
No nudity and no sexual acts on camera, ever — not in calls, not in rooms, not in photos. This holds even when everyone on the call agrees.
Talkr is not an adult platform and will not become one. Accounts used to solicit or sell sexual content are removed on the first report we can verify.
Harassment
No slurs, no threats, no pile-ons, no sexual comments to someone who has not invited them.
"No" ends it. If someone leaves a call, does not reply, or blocks you, that is the answer — repeatedly calling or messaging past it is harassment and we treat it as such.
Off limits, no warning
A report we verify in any of these categories ends the account immediately, and where the law requires, gets referred on:
- Anything involving a minor, including asking someone's age to keep going once they have told you. Our full Child Safety Standards are published at /legal/child-safety.
- Non-consensual recording, or sharing a screenshot or clip of someone from a call.
- Threats of violence or self-harm directed at another person.
- Selling drugs, weapons, stolen accounts or anything else illegal.
- Scams — investment pitches, crypto, romance cons, or moving someone off Talkr to pay you elsewhere.
For creators
Your hours are yours. Nobody is entitled to your time because they bought coins, and you can end a call at any point for any reason with no effect on your standing.
Do not stretch a call with silence or stalling, and do not ask to be paid outside the app. Both are grounds for holding a payout.
How reporting works
Every profile, chat and call has a report button. A report goes to a person, not a filter, and is usually reviewed within a day.
We look at what was reported and at the account's history. The result is a warning, a feature restriction, a suspension, or removal — and a removed account cannot be remade.
Blocking is separate and instant: block someone and they can no longer call you, message you, or see you in Discover.
If we got it wrong
Reply to the email we send you when we act on your account, or write to hello@krapton.com. A different reviewer takes the appeal.
