What are coins?
Prepaid credit for calls, messages and gifts. You buy them in the app, they are spent by the second while a call is connected, and they never expire. They are not a currency and cannot be cashed out.
Can I get a refund?
No. Coin purchases are final. If a payment was taken twice, or coins never arrived after a successful charge, that is our mistake and we will fix it.
Do you record calls?
No. Audio and video are never recorded, stored or transcribed. We keep the fact that a call happened and how long it lasted, because that is what you were billed on.
What happens if someone behaves badly?
Block them, which is instant, and report them, which goes to a human reviewer rather than a filter. Nudity, harassment and anything involving a minor end an account outright.
How do I earn on Talkr?
